Many Several companies offer variations of bike building events which allow your team or company to build teamwork and collaboration skills while building bikes that are then ultimately donated to needy kids via a nonprofit or charity. This is a great way to build teams while doing goodmaking a meaningful contribution to the world. The Leaders Institute claims that their Build-A-Bike® program is the "The Original Charity Team Building Event," created a decade ago , and that it led to the creation of the philanthropic team building industry.
