Objectives

Group Size
Materials
Bulletin boards, tables, or other surfaces on which to display photos.
Set Up
Ask each person to bring a few photos of their family, friends, and/or pets (recent or past pets). Schedule a gathering time. Post each person's name with their photos.
Directions
At a gathering, have people circulate around looking each other's photos. Give time for both viewing and discussing.
Debrief
Discussions may be about similarities, diversity, how people's outside lives influence their interactions and work with the team . . .
Alternatives
Display photos for a period of time without a gathering. Have people guess whose photos are whose. {see also Photos as Children Photos can be of only one of the categories (e.g., pets only), or of other aspects of people's lives, e.g., homes, kitchens, vehicles . . .
