Build a Wheelchair
Several companies offer events which allow your team or company to build teamwork and collaboration skills while building wheelchairs that are then donated to people who need them. This is a great way to enhance teams while making a meaningful contribution to the world. See descriptions from various companies below. Performance Wheelchair Challenge by O3e
One of the biggest challenges facing people with disability to get in to Wheelchair Sport is the lack of resource at local sports centres. Performance Wheelchair Challenge is trying to remedy this by enabling businesses to build and donate Sports Wheelchairs to clubs throughout the UK. Teams win Sports Wheelchair parts by taking part in thought provoking and fun team challenges, from Boccia to powering a Racing Wheelchair on an award winning Wheelchair Racing simulator. An O3e Performance Wheelchair Challenge is highly engaging and incorporates organisational objectives.

Wheelchairs for the Disabled
Anyone who is physically disabled well understands the absolute need for wheelchair donations for similarly disabled persons. Unfortunately, many physically disabled persons are without proper resources to purchase the needed wheelchairs and assistance. So how can you help?
Corporate Teams delivers an engaging, fun, and fast-moving team building program that keeps teams on their toes. Our master facilitators manage your team through a series of objectives that result in the gift of a wheelchair to an individual or a family in need.
Organizations worldwide are involved in projects to provide free wheelchairs to persons with disabilities who are not able to afford a wheelchair on their own. By helping such people with a wheelchair donation, while simultaneously propelling your team and leaders to a higher level of performance, you are providing a BIG WIN-WIN for everyone involved. Bring a smile to the faces of the physically disabled by making their lives just a tad easier. Wheelchair Build
metroConnections' twist on the bike build concept allows corporate groups to give back to a different sector than what has typically been done in the past. Most recently, this was done with a group in the Twin Cities where the wheelchairs were donated to a local nonprofit organization. The day after the event was over, the wheelchairs were on a truck making their way to a hospital in Jamaica.
