Directions
This is a classic change management activity. It's helpful for groups thinking about group process, objectives, and team dynamics. Prior to the meeting, ask the group to reflect on these 3 questions and bring a few answers to each question:
- STOP: What are we doing that is not working?
- START: What should we begin doing to improve?
- CONTINUE: What is working well?
Get the group together and have them post their ideas on post-it notes on three different boards. Facilitate a discussion for the group around each of the categories.
